shipping policy
Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. Upon receipt of the order confirmation email, we will process your order within 2 to 3 business days. You will receive another notification by email when your order has shipped. Post shipment of the order, an Estimated Delivery Date will be conveyed to you which will help you to keep track of your order status.

For all areas serviced by reputable couriers, the estimated delivery date may be 5 to 6 days post shipment of the order. Please note that this estimate depends on your location.

However, at times there may be unexpected delays in your order due to unavoidable circumstances and logistics challenges over which we have no control and are not liable for. Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy
We do not accept returns of our products as products once opened cannot be resold. In the event that your product is damaged, please follow the information outlined in our return, refund & cancellation policy. Orders once placed cannot be cancelled.

Shipping Costs
We offer free shipping to customers with order value above Rs. 449. For orders with lower net value, standard domestic shipping rates apply.
